                    Differences between my “vacation-ready-tips” and Jennifer’s*

     The fact that I have not included the above celeb’s last name is that,apparently, everyone knows that Jennifer has the perfect body. When Jennifer has to “tighten up,” the world stops to watch. Tighten up at 45? Are you effen kiddin’ me? Who isn’t tight at 45? I was tight until four years ago when the entire body went into downward dog forever. Once this has occurred, there are only a few things one can do.

Hydrate  - drink 1/2 your body weight (water)               Hydrate - drink 1/2 your body

Do a 20-minute Yoga flow Flow in your bathtub for 20 min.


Increase the squats Don’t do squat


Get your protein from plants Inhale weed


     Jennifer is getting ready to take a trip with her new fiancé to Bora Bora.  

     Fifi is getting ready to drive a used Chevy in Detroit with Mr. Wonderful.

     Just sayin’.
